News From The Counter Terrorism Service-Yemen
We would like to inform you of a recent update from the Counter Terrorism Service-Yemen regarding the ACD certificate for shipments to Yemen.
New Requirements Effective February 1, 2025
Starting February 1, 2025, it will become mandatory to obtain the ACD certificate at the port of loading and ensure the ACD number is included on the Bill of Lading for all containerized shipments.
Responsibility for Compliance
To comply with the new regulations, the shipper, exporter, or freight forwarder must obtain this certificate.
