Cargo tracking, digitised for your ports
GetCTN partners with shippers’ councils and customs authorities to run transparent, digital cargo tracking programmes — improving revenue assurance, clearance speed and trade data.

Revenue assurance
Every shipment is reconciled against declared freight and cargo values before arrival, protecting duty and levy revenue.
Faster clearance
Pre-validated cargo data lets customs teams clear compliant shipments quickly and focus on genuine risk.
Clean trade statistics
Structured, verified data on shippers, consignees and cargo gives authorities accurate maritime-trade intelligence.
Fraud & smuggling control
Encryption, digital signatures and unique serialisation make certificates tamper-evident and traceable end to end.
The landscape a programme joins
Cargo tracking is not one system. Across the thirty destinations we file for, eleven different certificates are in force — among them ECTN, BESC, BSC, FERI, ARCCLA, BIETC, ACID, ACD, CTN, SPN and CEE — because each authority names and shapes its own.
The document set differs with it: some authorities ask for three documents with an application, others for five. So do the reasons an application is sent back — a missing chamber of commerce stamp in one country, a cargo description that disagrees with the invoice in another, a consignee without a local tax registration in a third.
That variation is the ground any programme is built on. The destinations registry lists the certificate in force at each of the thirty, and what each authority currently asks for.
