This notice advises of a recent update to the Sudan ACD (Advance Cargo Declaration) documentation requirements.
Required Documents Update
The Packing List has been added to mandatory documents for ACD application submissions. This document must be provided together with existing required documentation at the time of application.
The required documents for ACD submission now include:
- Draft Bill of Lading
- Commercial Invoice
- Freight Invoice
- Certificate of Origin
- Packing List
Important Deadline
ACD certification will be mandatory for all Sudan-bound shipments effective 1 January 2026. Incomplete documentation may result in delays, penalties, or rejection of the application.
