This notice advises of a recent update from the Sudan Customs Authority regarding the ACD procedure for cargo destined to Sudan.
Document Requirements Update
The Certificate of Origin has been added to the list of documents required when submitting an ACD application. This document must be provided together with the existing documentation set.
Required documents for ACD submission now include:
- Draft Bill of Lading
- Commercial Invoice
- Freight Invoice
- Certificate of Origin
Compliance Deadline
ACD certification will be mandatory for all Sudan-bound shipments effective January 1, 2026.
