Regulatory Definition

The cargo tracking note required by several French-speaking African nations (including Ivory Coast, Mali, Madagascar, Sierra Leone and Niger). It lets destination customs reconcile shipper, consignee and invoice values against the Bill of Lading before the vessel arrives.
