Amendment Charges
Under this update, any amendment requested after a Liberia CTN application has been submitted will be subject to amendment charges. Depending on the nature and timing of the amendment, additional penalties may also apply.
Non-Compliance Penalties
Shipments that depart without a BESC are granted a 14-day grace period from the vessel sailing date. If the BESC is not obtained within this period, the shipment may be subject to non-compliance penalties.
