Regulatory Definition

Angola's cargo-certification regulator — the authority that issues and validates the certificate widely known as the CNCA. Since the rebrand, the Angolan waiver is often called the ARCCLA certificate; it is the same mandatory loading document required for shipments to Angolan ports.
