What is ARCCLA?

Angolan authorities recently decided to change representatives for the CNCA certificate. The change of representatives has also brought some innovations with it.

You may notice that many agents have started to refer to the CNCA as an ARCCLA certificate. This is because of the recent changes and it might cause some hesitation. But don’t worry, we are here to clarify everything.

ARCCLA and the CNCA are the same certificates. The only difference between them is the names and the representatives. Also, you might have obtained a CNCA certificate from an agent before. With the new changes, your previous agent might have stopped their services for CNCA.
