Libya Customs Authority Update: ECTN Mandatory

As of February 3, the Libyan Customs Ministry and Administration announced that the ECTN system has been activated for all shipments to Libya. We would like to state that we have made our current content on the subject based on the current updates of the Libyan Government.

Kindly Reminder: What is an ECTN Certificate?

As of February 3, if you do not receive the ECTN document for your shipments to Libya ports and to Libya, you will not be able to successfully transmit your shipments to the other party and damage your trade.
