Update on Sudan ACD Document Requirements – Packing List Added

Dear Business Partner,

This notice is issued to advise of a recent update to the Sudan ACD (Advance Cargo Declaration) documentation requirements.

The Packing List has now been added to the list of mandatory documents for ACD application submissions. This document must be provided together with the existing required documentation at the time of application.

Accordingly, the required documents for ACD submission now include:

• Draft Bill of Lading

• Commercial Invoice

• Freight Invoice

• Certificate of Origin

• Packing List

Please be reminded that ACD certification will be mandatory for all Sudan-bound shipments effective 1 January 2026, and incomplete documentation may result in delays, penalties, or rejection of the application.
