Update on Sudan ACD Document Requirements

Dear Business Partner,

This notice is issued to advise of a recent update from the Sudan Customs Authority regarding the ACD procedure for cargo destined to Sudan.

The Certificate of Origin has been added to the list of documents required when submitting an ACD application. This document must be provided together with the existing documentation set.

Required documents for ACD submission now include the Draft Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Freight Invoice, and Certificate of Origin.

Please be reminded that ACD certification will be mandatory for all Sudan-bound shipments effective 1 January 2026.
