Liberia CTN Notice: Amendment Charges and Non-Compliance Penalties

Please be advised that the relevant authorities have introduced updated measures for Liberia CTN applications, effective 16 May 2026.

Under this update, any amendment requested after a Liberia CTN application has been submitted will be subject to amendment charges. Depending on the nature and timing of the amendment, additional penalties may also apply.

Shipments that depart without a CTN are granted a 14-day grace period from the vessel sailing date. If the CTN is not obtained within this period, the shipment may be subject to non-compliance penalties.
