What is the CoC?

Under Libya’s conformity programme, regulated products must be verified against the applicable standards before shipment. Depending on the exporter’s history, verification is done by document review, testing or registration. A Certificate of Conformity is then issued per shipment.

Required documents

  • Commercial Invoice and Packing List
  • Product test reports / standards documentation
  • Bill of Lading
  • Any product registration where applicable

How it works

  1. 1Share your product details, invoice and any test reports.
  2. 2We confirm the verification route (document, test or registration).
  3. 3The Certificate of Conformity is issued per shipment.
  4. 4Present it at the Libyan port for customs clearance.
