Standards Organisation of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Programme
Regulatory Definition
Nigeria's mandatory product-conformity certificate for regulated goods. Unlike a cargo tracking note, SONCAP certifies that products meet Nigerian safety and quality standards before shipment. Note: Nigeria does not require an ECTN — SONCAP is a product-conformity requirement, not a cargo-tracking one.
