In order to issue the Niger BSC certificate, we need you to forward the following documents:
- Bill of lading
- Commercial Invoice
- Freight invoice copies (Freight invoice is mandatory if the freight value is not mentioned in the commercial invoice.)
Note: You are only obliged to obtain a BSC certificate to Niger if it is your final destination. If you are using Niger for transit shipments you are exempt from BSC waiver in certain cases.
