A shipment going to Chad as a final destination in transit through Cameroon only need to get ECTN certificate for Chad.
Cargo Tracking Note (CTN) is an official loading certificate. CTN, also known as BSC waiver loading certificate,
must accompany every shipment to the requiring country.
