ref .BESC – C1701xxx in file I read 4 x 40 dv but in BL I read 3 x 40 ot + 1 x 40 dv … is it an issue ?

There is no OT container option on BESC system. Therefore, we can only mention as DV container.
Cargo Tracking Note (CTN) is an official loading certificate. CTN, also known as BSC waiver loading certificate,
must accompany every shipment to the requiring country.
